Provide's very own Ryan Fleischmann has submitted our entry to the Chainlink Fall 2022 Hackathon. Our submission integrates Chainlink price feeds into the SAP S/4 HANA enterprise resource planning system - the #1 ERP system used by Fortune 500 businesses and other global organizations for finance, supply chain and other business processes. In so few words - we used Chainlink price feeds to update the foreign currency rates in SAP. This effort showcases the maturity level of the PRVD stack (the BRI-1 implementation of the Baseline Protocol).

SAP developers and integrators can now take advantage of the step-by-step instructions found in the enablement docs to install, configure, and test drive proUBC in their SAP development or sandbox system.

The basic what, why, and how to bring Web3, SAP, and other enterprise systems together using the Baseline standard, PRVD stack, and proUBC.

The inaugural PRVD OASIS PGB Meeting took place on September 8, 2022 with members from Provide, Synadia, Chainlink, BankUnited and OASIS in attendance, marking an important milestone in the project’s governance. PRVD is an officially chartered and launched OASIS Open Project!

In June of 2022, OASIS Open announced the launch of PRVD OASIS, with founding members Provide, Synadia, Polygon, Chainlink, BankUnited, DataBrains, and HaasOnline collaborating on the New Open Source Initiative to govern the PRVD stack. Since its inception, PRVD OASIS members have been pushing the initiative forward with various contributions, and are now ready to host the first PRVD OASIS PGB (Project Governing Board) meeting, taking place Thursday, September 8th.

EthAtlanta 2021 will take place in-person this year from October 1 - October 3 at Atlanta Tech Park. This three-day hackathon will bring together business leaders and developers from across the globe to drive conversations and build next-generation enterprise synchronization solutions using the Baseline Protocol, Baseledger and the Provide stack.

We have identified an opportunity to reduce the noise circulating throughout the blockchain ecosystem regarding L2 solutions, so enterprises can focus on using DLT and the Baseline Protocol to create transformative enterprise value. That opportunity is to integrate Connext, to which we have been contributing since 2019, with Provide Privacy, to offer a value-added L2 with native support for zero-knowledge proofs and state channels under one unified architecture. Integrating state channels into our Privacy architecture unlocks a number of new use-case permutations and creates unprecedented composability across various liquidity providers, chains and assets.
